Mr. Roll spent the first several years of his legal career in private practice, focused on real estate, landlord/tenant, personal injury and business litigation. In 1990 Mr. Roll joined Xerox Corporation, where he was responsible for commercial law issues within the western United States.
After nine years with Xerox Corporation, Mr. Roll returned to private practice handling a variety of matters. Mr. Roll has been involved in hundreds of bench trials and multiple jury trials. A primary emphasis of the practice for the past several years is estate planning and probate. However, along with that practice comes a multitude of opportunities to represent clients and referrals in multiple areas.
Mr. Roll has also volunteered as a Temporary Judge since 1987 in the Orange County Superior Court, overseeing matters as assigned by the Presiding Judge such as: traffic, small claims, civil settlements and probate. Mr. Roll takes numerous continuing educations classes and engages in the continuing education of the bar.
Mr. Roll is married and has four grown children and eight grandchildren.
